	stop it right on its tracks!
	great appetite suppressant but not to the point that i stop eating, i just get full easily (weird) and tend to stay away from junk food that i usually crave (like). No bad side effects, been using it for a month now and since lost 5 lbs. Will continue on hoping by summer i could wear my new size 6 swimsuit (i used to wear size 12). Being really positive right now, i know Trim & Tone will make this happen.

	Great weight loss supplement
	I have tried other weight loss supplement before, including a popular brand with ephedra and the effects are not so great. This one is so natural that I dont feel anything unusual except maybe increased urination. It's an effective appetite suppressant...feel full faster and my cravings are gone. It's only been a month since I first took it but I feel my belly fat is 2 inches smaller. Good product.
