Uncertainty on shipping and receiving your order (Overseas)

This has come to our attention so sorely that we have to cease using USPS First Class Mail when shipping to our Overseas customers. 1 out of 20 will just disappear on the face of the earth, where we can no longer locate it, in short, MISSING IN TRANSIT. And we can not do anything about it, USPS refused to acknowledge that this problem exist and refused to return the monies that we paid using this service, so instead of being a victim once again, we decided not to use this particular USPS Service any longer, because it is very unreliable, and it's giving us a BAD name in this Industry that we took years to build.

Regardless of choices that we give to our customers, they still end up using this service, why? because it's the cheapest, but, you know how the saying goes, "You get what you paid for". This service does not come with a tracking number, so how in the world do we find out if it is indeed dispatched? It is not fair for us and our customers, we paid USPS in good faith that our goods will be delivered, but turned out to be missing and we are left in the gutter with nothing.
Hope this Blog serves as a rude awakening for USPS, they might as well scrap this service (First Class Mail International) if they can not ensure the proper delivery of every shipment that was honestly tendered to them by shippers like us. Otherwise, add some option for clients such as Insurance, so that if the shipment turned out Missing in transit, we can easily file for a Claim then issue a refund for our customers who were very much affected by this unfortunate incidents.

To date; First Class International Mail is only available to countries that has no or minimal record of theft. If you don't see your First Class when placing an order that means your country is not eligible for this service, feel free to choose another method of shipment such as Priority EMS or UPS. We apologized for the inconvenience, but we deemed that this is best resolution to this issue., both customers and our part.

I have a friend who gave me a pair as a gift, it took me months before I finally tried them on, and realized one thing, " I was too damn naive to have waited that long to have a pair of beautiful, bold, seemed like angelic eyes! I was turned off right away, here's the reasons why:

The Seller is not located locally, she is all the way in Malaysia.
I have to make a pre-order and pay the seller.
Wait until the seller reach 100 pairs (which takes 3-4 weeks or longer)
Once 100 pairs is reached, the seller then orders the product to the Supplier.
Upon receipt of order/payment by the Supplier, it takes 2-3 weeks to process and delivery to the seller (Malaysia)
then the seller ships to me within 48 hours (USA)
Shipping takes 7-10 days to reach the US (Regular Mail).

It takes more or less 2 months to get just a pair of this cool circle lens, for me it's ridiculously insane. But hey, if you have the time to wait, well then be my guest, but I don't.

Review ~ Heated Eyelash Curler

I don't usually go out with mascara on, only on special occasions.
It's a drag just using the eyelash curler then apply the mascara, only to see that my lashes are straight again after a few hours. It just won't hold up.
I'm not blessed with long, curly lashes, so I'm in the mercy of my curler and mascara at all times. But always..always end up disappointed. Until I tried this heated eyelash curler. It is now my Favorite gadget to date. I don't need to bring it with me anymore for touch ups, because once is all it takes and the curl stays the whole day or until you wash your face. I loveeeeee it!!
This curler needs (2) AAA battery. First, turn the nob ON (green), wait 15 seconds then use it as usual. Apply the mascara and that's it. , love..Love it and I know you'll love t too! Can't go anywhere without it. See the before and after pics below.
