Askmehelpdesk - has done it again!
Well, as I was surfing the net for kojic acid lotion, i came across one result from Google that says; "Funky Mommy Kojic Acid Lightening Lotion! Wow! (see pic).
I got really excited, thinking that among thousands of kojic acid lotion in the market, Funky Mommy's Kojic lotion is actually 3rd on the Google search, that is impressive for something that was just recently launched. So i went ahead and click on the link. But to my disappointment, guess what showed up? Nope not the thread that talks about our product.
AMHD has done it again, they blocked and deleted the whole thread that talks about our Kojic lotion (see 2nd pic). This Forum says about free speech, are you kidding me?. People, what do you think of this practice by askmehelpdesk? Do you think they are a great candidate for a petition? I wonder how much more comments that doesn't agree with their beliefs that they have deleted and will be deleted.

Wow, amazing how many posts I seem to keep stumbling across about "Ask Me Help Desk" Sooo many of us have seen the disrespect, manipulation, cult like behaviors within that web site, and still they go on. I have posted as many comments as I can to spread the word about those disgusting people. I myself had been banned from that web site, just for speaking my mind. They manipulate underage members, leaving some of them emotionally damaged. They are NOT experts!!! That is misleading, they appoint each other as experts, they do not have degrees or any extended education, past, oohhh, I don't know, 2nd grade. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau. That is how I got my last word with those people! Reading the threads will make you sick, they eat people up alive, Sad. Some are not as strong as others and get sucked right in. World press has their own posters expressing the horrible treatment. Visit, it's incredible the similar experiences that others have also been through.
the only reason why they deleted it was because someone with muliple user names was talking about it and obviously seemed to be a seller. advertising and using mulitple user names is not allowed on the site it even says it in the rules. the person was banned so all of the person's posts were deleted including the ones that weren't about the product. there are still other posts about funnky mommy on the site that aren't by the person who was banned.

I have to explain this to you in detail so you'll understand our side of frustration.
AskMe banned these people, not just because they were raving about our products, they were banned because some of these users are using and under one IP. Now, these moderators put 2 and 2 together and spread their unfounded assumption that these users are the Sellers (Funky Mommy).
It came to a point that these members are emailing us and calling us Fraud, scam what have you. Little did they know that askmehelpdesk is just creating a diversion, because at that time, all these Members are talking about our wonderful products, including the ones that were not banned. If you would go months back on the skin lightening thread, you will only see Post about Funky Mommy & Gluta-C. They must have gotten tired of seeing our wonderful name there so they did this stupid maneuver.
I said stupid, because it is, many people will agree with me when i say that there's a high chance that these members who where banned where family members, or rather people who happens to live in the same building, house or using the same WiFi network conenction just therefore bearing the same IP just like in Starbucks or Panera Bread.
That is not impossible at all.
Can askmehelpdesk think of something clever things to do but use that excuse. I've seen Members questioned that actions of the moderators, but next thing you know, they were either banned or have their messages deleted. I wonder why that is?
After that incident, they were so actively promoting Bio-Claire. As Moderator & Expert, according to their Rules and Regulations, you can never promote a product(s), period. Furthermore, these products that they are blatantly promoting are proven to be hazardous and harmful to our skin & health. So you can go figure.

The fact that "Ask Me Help" tracks, follows, and uses a web IP address tracker leaves me to wonder why they are so sneaky and defensive and paranoid on their site. I am the poster who remarked a few posts above and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Tracking IP addresses is wrong being done the way they are doing so. They are using these to ban, intimidate and most of all to take away Freedom of Speech. The moderators, regulars and clanners themselves promote and brag about products and services but just because they happen to not like someone then that person gets banned for speaking on an interest.
I agree with the poster right above; a public, shared environment will give the same IP address. To wrongly assume that there are multiple user names being used as one person is NOT correct information and is not the case for most of the situations. They ban members "Assuming" they are the same person with multiple user names. They are psychotic, paranoid people and it infuriates me to think that members were banned for using, complimenting and just being proud to share in positive suggestions about a product that they use. Just because someone loves and wants to share in their experiences in using a product, any product doesn't mean they are "advertising" or "selling"

Hi, is this the official site for Funky Momy Kojic Acid Lotion???
I read mixed reviews about it, some positive and some negative. The negative reviews come from a site called Ask Me Help Desk but dont' know if I should believe what they say. I have found many bad postings about Ask Me Help desk on the internet and they seem to look a bit like a scummy fake site.

Regarding reviews, we gladly accept negative reviews as long as it is honest, however, AskMehelpdesk has not done justice on that part, they are mainly out to badmouth and destroy products/company/individuals who they deemed is a threat to the products that they obviously endorse. Not to mention lies, half-truths and misrepresentations. Using immense sugar coating lies to tell newbie's its the best thing since sliced bread. Askmehelpdesk.com in reality is an EVIL site that gathers your personal information to sale it or use it to their gain (spam). On the other hand there are a bunch of clueless individuals, most of them in welfare or low paid jobs, starting useless political and religious topics.

While on askmehelpdesk.com, and after registering, I made a post to one of the threads I was researching. I was inclined to comment because I truly disagreed with many of the comments. I was then berated and personally attacked by several moderators.
I then made another post supporting my opinion regarding the business that was the subject of the thread and again, the moderator not only responded in a hostile manner but actually went into my previous post and made edits...then I got BANNED for harassing the moderator!!! As they claim, when I was just giving my opinion on the matter.

Then, when some other posts were made supporting my position, all very intelligent, polite and insightful, this moderator deleted posts, was abusive to other people and then just "closed" the entire thread that had been running for years!
I filed 2 complaints to the admin. at askmehelpdesk.com explaining in detail what had occurred and have never gotten a response to this day.
I want everyone to be aware of the dishonest, fraudulent practices occurring on askmehelpdesk.com and to lend them no credibility whatsoever...
Unfortunately, I see some of the same practices occurring there with many others… such as refusing to post any reports that don’t bash those that the moderators want to bash. Apparently, that is the Ask Me Help Desk way to manipulate opinion by omission.
It's so sad and ironic that such sites that purport to help others are actually scams themselves. Beware of these people.

If u look closely at the AMHD members who have the highest posts, u will notice they are always trying to convince you to click on their website link and purchase the products they advertise or join their website. Also they offer a pay per minute advice service where they charge an outrageous fee of $1 dollar per minute!! So, an anonymous self-proclaimed “expert” will basically empty your pockets at an equal rate to those of telephone erotic services... isn’t it just plain ridiculous? I bet the owner of askmehelpdesk thinks he’s a genius.. :P

What's going on at Askmehelpdesk.com? I've been following this thread for a while and it seems like finally the sham is going down! The people that are posting these messages are doing a spot on job of exposing these bloody thieves. It was pretty obvious that many angry ex-moderators have a lot of dirt on these pea brained experts and they weren't lying. They have all kinds of real documents to back it up. Now, they are like over 135 verified real people filing petitions to shut down AskMehelpdesk.com and growing!
I'm glad I found this site, I was ready to join Askmehelpdesk.com until I came across this site in Google. Thanks for letting people know about this scam. Hope they get shut down soon.
As far as I'm concerned, the so called askmehelpdesk experts, could be just about anyone.. an ex-convict, a psychopath, a pedophile, a male posing as a woman, anyone in the internet could be a self-proclaimed anonymous expert. We're surrounded by tragedy everyday, raping, kidnapping, murder, financial scandals, identity theft just to name a few. Why should we trust people who hide behind an anonymous screen name, and why should they hide in the first place?

OMG, I'm in the same boat! I've been sending an email a day to askmehelpdesk admin people asking why they deleted my comments and have yet to receive a response. If anybody has any advice on how to make a complaint, I'd be glad to hear it.

Before you choose to sign up on a forum, be sure to do your research. You can never go solely on what a website says that they offer. Look for user reviews and check for scams. That's how I found this site, Askmehelpdesk.com will not last long.
I can't believe what I'm reading! I searched for askmehelpdesk.com and I found this blog!! I posted something at askmehelpdesk a week ago and I was trying to see if I'd get any response. I think that site doesn't have much traffic. I'm shocked to find all the bad stuff they're doing. I'll delete my posting from there ASAP.

I had some of my best work wiped out when my thread at AMHD was removed by those jerks. I had unsubscribed to askmehelpdesk a while ago and when I checked on their ugly site the other day, saw some very abusive stuff going on. It brought tears to my eyes to lose those words of wisdom that dripped from my fingers, but, I'll get over it when the AMHD's scum get's shut dowm.
All of this is happening because of RickJ. Shame on him!
It's very disturbing to see how these moderators not only scam visitors, they also abuse their members, take their secrets and spread them around in such a sarcasting way and ban them. I'm glad that many are comming out but I think it should be more places like this in the internet so the many other members that havent found places like this one can join and speak out.
I'm not a member of askme, however, I read how people are being mistreated and banned on amhd from other boards. Maybe someone will read the many posts and do a good deed and write complains all around to shut them down.

Admin (the owner), better known as Frankenstein, has created a community where his appointees, RickJ and Curlyben, impose some sort of control over their lower moderators, and they have this control over the ones that follow orders and submit to their psychological abuse in their self-serving hierarchy. In the United States, that's illegal.
That's right, to induce psychological abuse in order to gain control over others isn't allowed by law. AMHD should be shut down.

Someone has been spamming the boards of AMHD, that's why they were down the other day. I think they are trying to shut the site down. I'll keep you posted.
One of the major problems that I see with Askmehelpdesk.com (other than their ugly looking new skin) is that they just don't have a clue. They screw everyone they can put their hands on and then they keep hoping more suckers will keep coming. Totally out of control.
I am convinced AskMehelpDesk.com is a scam or fakes the identity of their users in some way.
