Not exactly, if your natural skintone is dark, then having pink lips will look unnatural. Your lips will have a hint of reddish/pink hue at first then once the lightening starts, therefore minipal application os recommended on the lips on your initial application.
- Can I use it on my cheeks?
Yes you can definitely use it as a blush, you will have a clean, natural flush look as a result.
