| We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon receipt of order confirmation. All orders that failed our Address Verification shall be put on HOLD until we receive the correct BILLING address. Orders who failed to provide us such information will be CANCELLED automatically, No refunds or credit will be process. We will then wait for the merchant to process is as FRAUD and take the necessary steps. No further action will be taken from our side. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 7-10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks.

We process orders in the order it was received. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. Partial shipment may be necessary when some item(s)/product(s) from the order is not available or out of stock. Customers are promptly notified as soon as orders were shipped in partial. It is imperative that you utilize a working email address to get this type of notification. There are times that we offer a customer to exchange or replace as customary, but only on a case to case basis. Customers are not oblige to exchange or replace a missing item. Shipment is done promptly as soon as the product(s) becomes available.
CANCELLATION: You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing. Cancelling once processed carries a 20% re-stocking fee. Orders are immediately canceled, store credit is issued on the account immediately.

LOCAL ORDERS: No Returns/exchange w/o prior authorization. If a product is broken or defective, Funky Mommy International must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. No product in your possession over 3 days may be returned. We will send replacement at no cost to you. Any returns without authorization# will not be processes for refund or exchange. Returned product(s) due to customer error ie; change mind, provided undeliverable address(es), ignored/disregard notice from the Postal Company, carries a 40% Penalty. Shipping cost is non refundable. You can open an RMA by logging into your account. For returns, only unused and unopened products are eligible for a Return, a 30% Re-stocking Fee is charged on your account, shipping cost in non-refundable. (LOCAL ORDERS ONLY). Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund/Exchange/Return.
Purchasing from www.funkymommy.net constitutes and signify acceptance of our Shipping Policy.
International Returns - if your shipment is returned by the country of destination's customs for any reason, we will attempt to resend your package. This service is not available for First Class International Mail. If customer wishes not to reship and decided to cancel, we charge a 30% Re-stocking/Administrative Fee. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
IMPORTANT: Due to the nature of our products (heat and light sensitive) Returns must happen within 10-14 days, once the time lapses we we no longer accept returns, as the items will no longer be avaialble for re-stocking.
FALSE CLAIMS- we do not tolerate false claims ie; claimed of missing, damage or lost item(s). Your account is automatically deactivated and block/banned/ from ever re-ordering from our website.

Ordering-- Orders are process in the order it was received on a first come, first serve basis.
Shipping -- Most orders received will ship within 2-3 days, provided the product ordered is in stock. You will be notified if there will be a delay or the item(s) is in back order.
Local orders - order turn around is 3-7 days. Overseas - order turn around is 7-21 days.
Please note that delivery times varies depending on location and shipping method that you choose. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by funkymommy.net or other parties only as an estimate. Therefore we provide tracking number for your reference. Please note, First Class Mail does not provide tracking# only custom label#. Funky Mommy Enterprise is not responsible for lost or damage item(s) during transit if you opted for First Class Mail. Priority or Express Mail is highly recommended on International orders for it's reliability and safety. Shipping to a different address - we do not usually entertain this kind of request due to security reasons however, when situation arises, we will ship it to the requested address hence you agree that Funky Mommy Enterprise is not to be held responsible for item(s) lost or damaged during transit.
We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

All wholesale orders go through a process. Depending on quantity and destination, processing takes 3-7 (local), and 5-21 (Overseas) days prior to shipment. Tracking# is always provided, Insurance(optional). Delivery depends on the method of shipment and destination. As always, customers are notified if there is a delay on their shipment due to unavailability of products. We utilized Priority or Express mode of shipment for International orders, the most reliable and fastest way of shipping.
Custom, Duties and Taxes: Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject
to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination
country ("Import Fees"). The receiver of our International shipment may
be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment
reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be shoulder by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and
cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country; you should contact your local customs office for
further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it
can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates |
